After calling us we will pick you up from where we drop you off. This is now signposted as “Offsite shuttles”. The hotels will be on your left walking towards the pickup area. DO NOT GO INTO THE NEW PARKING BUILDING — we are further along.

We aim to be there within 10 minutes but this could vary with heavy traffic.

Hello and thank you very much for your booking.

Here are some details to take note of and also includes a map of our location.

Directions: We recommend you exit the motorway at exit 9 and follow the main road down George Bolt Drive. Take the next right after the first set of traffic lights after Landing Drive — this is Ihumatao Rd. Drive about 2 minutes, then turn right onto Systema Way, then left into Landing Drive. We are about 100 metres down on the right, opposite Te Tiki Rd.

Parking: Please drive up our shared driveway with Coachways at the end of Te Tiki Rd. If the gate is closed, toot and we will open it. Call us on 027 265 4607.

You may park on the right-hand side. If full, park behind the next car or down the middle. Our main car park is behind our office.

Changes to Booking: Please update any changes or cancellations through our website under “Booking Manager”. This updates our database directly and sends a confirmation.

Please arrive at least 1¼ hours before Domestic Flights and 2¼ hours before International Flights.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you arrive back early from a trip longer than 5 days and do not give 24-hour notice, we may charge a $NZ 20 early return fee. This is due to the logistics of moving multiple cars.

Domestic Flights: Call 027 025 4607 on arrival. If busy, try again. If unable to reach us, visit our website and click “other numbers”. Pickup is from the JETSTAR terminal (door 7), across at the Airport Tower pick-up zone.

International Customers: Call 027 265 4607 after clearing Customs. If unreachable, go to www.flypark.co.nz -> Other Numbers -> Supervisor, or call 022 5419 555.
